The Benefit of Eating Onion

When we heard about that, no everyone likes to eat onion.

But did you know that onion has many vitamin that very useful for our health.

Ohas vitamin C, potassium, fiber, folic acid, calcium.

When i was a child, and i got fever, it can be used to decrease your body’s temperature.

So from now, you can try to eat onion even only a little of it.
